Websites are one of the most significant forms of outreach today because they offer churches a great way to connect with many new people. They are one of the “welcome mats” of a church. The challenge, however, is that people begin to explore your church and form opinions as unseen guests. Before they set foot inside your church, they will almost certainly have explored all they can find about your church on the internet; through your website, social media, ratings/reviews, and news articles.Read More
All day long we hear lies about who we are and why we are not enough. We must pick up our swords and slice through those lies. Our sword is the Bible.
Here’s a good place to start.
Daily Affirmations from the Bible of what God says about you that is true. You can write your own or try one someone else created.
Memorize verses that strengthen you and build you up in love so that you can pull them out as a tool to use when needed throughout the day.
Identify areas you’d like mentorship in.
Find people who are good at those things. Ask them for a small commitment of time.
If it works, ask them for more of their time within clear boundaries.
Diversify your mentoring portfolio with various skill sets.
Pay it forward to someone coming up behind you who needs mentorship too.
What has FEAR ever done for you? When has worry and anxiety served you well? Have you ever had a time where you look back and wish you’d been MORE anxious over a situation?
I doubt it.
Choosing faith over fear is often just a question of focus.

No budget? No problem! The ONE video that you need to make this year is a testimony video. This is the only video that no other church in the world can make, because no other church has that person and that story in their congregation. News can be told tons of other ways, and those videos have a short lifespan. Creative videos can be purchased from a company who’s an expert in the genre and has likely made something that fits your theme. Only YOU have the story of what God has done in particular with your own amazing church people.Read More

With every new season, so many things change and change can cause significant anxiety in all of us. And yet- the One who has been faithful and with us in the past will be no different in this new season.
It’s weird isn’t it? That somehow, even though we have experienced God’s provision in the past and he has been faithful, somehow we think, “Yeah but this time it’s different. I’m not sure he can be trusted on all the details this time...”
Maybe you don’t actually have ADHD like me, but we all struggle with staying focused. Here’s the top tools I use, click on the link in our profile to see how I use them.

A lion is fierce, strong, courageous, sure-footed, and has great hair. A lion is a king in every room they step into. A lamb is gentle, meek, trusting, dependent, and is a fuzzy little creature. A lamb is a servant in every room they step into.
To be all lion or all lamb would be too much of one or the other. We need to be both. And God is making me into a bit of both. One who has the courage to step out and the courage to follow. Jesus is the Lion of Judah, but Revelation declares that it is the Lamb that overcomes.Read More
Easter Creative Inspiration:
If Jesus didn’t rise from the dead, then everything about the church is smoke and mirrors. But can a rational and logical person believe in someone rising from the dead?
